Brookhaven City Hall

Along Peachtree Road in Brookhaven. The City Hall building has a rather unusual, windowed, dome elevated above the actual building.

There also seems to be an opening at the top similar to the opening in the Pantheon dome in Rome – shown in the second work of art below in this post.

My photos of the Brookhaven City Hall were taken in the evening, at 7:30 on a day back in April. That evening light is more apparent in the “approach” photo above (two crops shown) with the glint on the building.

The painting below, titled “Midnight” seem to me to be a nice complement, especially the somewhat similar shape and view.
