Cafe Ludwig does not serve any coffee, much less meals, however, it seems like the right place to document my efforts at low-sodium food. It culminated with Christmas 2023 dinner. I tried to adapt our customary recipes to cut out most of the salt. Some items come out rather well, others are acceptable. Below are links to recipes and shopping information.
