Apartment Building in Chamblee

Windows of apartment buildings

Still going up Peachtree Road. Here a tall apartment building in

Atler at Brookhaven

Here is a photo from along Peachtree Road with a bit of a story. This photo is marred by the porta-potties in front. Back in April I used this in a This-n-That post. And way back in September of 2024 it was my feature in Monday Window.

Now a more modest one in Chamblee.

Windows in Art

It was a bit of a head-scratcher to find a complementary painting in the Cleveland Museum of Art, but this might match my photos above.

  1. I like how the sunlight is hitting the buildings! And the painting – that’s an interesting one. I know Krishna stories and also the depiction in Mughal art but this one looks quite different from the ones I’ve seen. Can’t put my finger on what exactly is it, but maybe it’s the building there.

    1. Thank you, PR. The photos were taken as the sun was low on the horizon before sunset.

  2. These are all rather wonderful Ludwig. A variety of styles. I like the windows in Chamblee with the little arch feature and colours. The hedge trimmer is quite good at their job too. I enjoy the art works as well, hope you find more.
Thanks for joining in Monday Window 😀
