New windows – and a new building
On the first of this month (September 1, 2026), our neighboring town Norcross had a grand opening for their new Public Safety Building.
I can’t resist ribbon cuttings, so I was there for the ceremony. Here is a link to my post that shows you more of that event: Grand Opening – Cafe Ludwig
The streetside of the building looks plain. The entrance is on the other side. It houses courts and the police department.
It is that big upstairs window that is my choice for this week. The Norcross police chief is the guide in the photo below.
There are more amazing windows in this building. I will come back to it next week.

Not art from a museum this time, but a little sticker handed out to visitors at the grand opening of the Norcross Public Safety Builing.
